You never know what they’ll talk about: it could be trust or letting go or what happens in our sleep and dreams. Sometimes it’s about what it feels like to live in the spirit world and most importantly, they talk about our relationships. Very often they laugh at us…

You’re very welcome to ask Spirit questions and at times everyone, including the Essenes themselves, gets so inspired that the evening lasts for more than 2 hours.

On most evenings, there is usually no need to book in advance.
